Based on the newsflash concerning the production and sales in December 2022 released by GAC Group on January 5, GAC Group produced 2,479,900 vehicles and sold a total of 2,433,800 vehicles in 2022, a 16.0% and 13.5% year-on-year increase, respectively. Challenged by the unprecedented resurgence of the epidemic, unstable supply chains, and rising raw material prices, GAC Group achieved double-digit growth in production and sales last year, marking a perfect "ending" with impressive achievement.

GAC Aion outperformed other new car manufacturers by producing 273,504 vehicles and selling 271,156 vehicles throughout the year, with a 125.3% and 125.7% year-on-year increase, respectively, setting a new record for sales growth rate. GAC Motor, another self-owned brand under GAC Group, also made great achievements, with a total production of 373,499 vehicles and sales of 362,548 vehicles in 2022, with a 15.6% and 11.8% year-on-year increase, respectively. This shows the preliminary results of the transformation and upgrading toward "electrification + intelligence” and the enhancing brand strength.
