On June 20, GAC Group publicly announced the results of its new round of professional manager selection. Yu Jun, Zheng Heng, and He Xianqing were newly appointed as Deputy General Managers (Professional Managers). Wang Dan, the former Deputy General Manager (Professional Manager) and Financial Director of the company, has been reassigned as the Chief Accountant (Professional Manager) and Financial Director. In the meantime, Jiang Xiuyun, the former Chief Accountant (Professional Manager), has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager (Professional Manager).

In addition, GAC Group has formulated the terms of service and annual assessment objectives for senior managers (Professional Managers). It has also signed the Professional Manager Appointment Contract, Responsibility Statement for Operating Performance during the Tenure, Annual Operating Performance Responsibility Statement, and Individual Job Performance Responsibility Statement with each senior manager (Professional Manager).
