Recently, GAC made an announcement that “it will strive to achieve the target of an increase of more than 8% in car sales year-on-year in 2019". Under the circumstance of negative growth in the national car market, it is really not easy to realize positive growth in production and sales. In order to achieve the target of 2019, GAC Group is poised to take a multi-pronged approach and has adopted a series of measures targeted at the goal, one of which is to implement the professional manager appointment system.

　　According to the professional manager plan implemented by GAC Group, Feng Xingya, Wu Song, Li Shao, Wang Dan and Chen Hanjun will be appointed as professional managers of GAC Group, among which Feng Xingya will serve as the president of GAC Group and Wu Song, Li Shao, Wang Dan and Chen Hanjun serve as vice presidents of the Group. The term of office is three years (starting from December 13, 2018, the same as the term of office of the fifth board of directors).
